In addition to this, we are pioneering a new approach within the educational sector, helping schools implement sustainable and environmentally conscious projects. We develop facilities which provide a diverse, enjoyable and educative experience for pupils, staff and the local community. Simon Payne was also born & raised in Kenya. Simon is an experienced business manager and is responsible for the marketing and development of Blue Forest’s services. Prior to this Simon worked in international development, he is passionate about conservation and community development and a fluent Spanish speaker. BA Geography & Spanish; MA Development Studies.
Will Hardy,
Director
Will is a self-motivated, capable and energetic individual responsible for the promotion and sale of Blue Forest's unique services. He is a keen sportsman at both competitive and recreational levels including: dinghy and yacht sailing, windsurfing, triathlon and Mountaineering. Will has a strong interest in current affairs and human rights.
Marc Storms,
Architect
Marc has an extensive analytical knowledge of design, building regulations and project management. Marc delivers the best possible outcomes from investment and has worked with a wide range of clients from Local Authorities to high profile International Investors (CBRE Investor). Marc is originally from Belgium and is a fluent French speaker.
Daniel Wilson,
Senior Designer
Dan is a passionate designer who specialises in user-specific designs with a strong consideration of material and sustainability. Dan has a passion for music, having worked within the music and event sector running and creating facilities for outside temporary events, often powered by his own wind and solar power systems.
Adam Coxen,
Chairman & Non Exec Director
Adam is a successful entrepreneur who now devotes his time to technology, venture capital and sustainable development. Prior to this, he was an advisor to the venture capital firm, Speed Ventures, a management consultant with BTS Group and a Captain in the Royal Engineers. He is mentor at London Business School's Entrepreneurship School and also for the Prince's Trust.
Mike Ruddock,

Mike began his accountancy career in 1996. In 2002 Mike set up his own accountancy practice that specialises in supporting owner managed businesses. Mike sits on the Board of Directors for several companies on an Executive and Non Executive basis and is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
