The Commercial Process
Our Approach.
We believe in working with clients to support them through all stages of the development, design and construction process.
We recognise that in many cases concept budgets may well be restricted and costs have to be monitored closely.
Therefore, where appropriate, we encourage all our potential clients to come to visit us in the first instance rather than financing the cost of our team travelling to them. This allows us to keep initial costs to a minimum and build a clear development brief, service plan and concept understanding before undertaking a site visit and feasibility study.
The Process.
The BlueForest process is tailor-made to meet the needs of each individual client, whether it be a luxury eco-lodge solution or an eco-friendly tree house complex.
We work with clients to develop, design and deliver innovative schemes that generate both commercial and social value.
• Develop - At the development stage we assist our clients in the articulation of their vision, values and critical success factors, illustrating what measurable returns they can expect both commercially and socially from their investment.
• Design - At the design stage we work with our clients to master plan the scheme, articulate a design brief and deliver concept designs. At all stages of the process we encourage user participation.
• Deliver - Finally during delivery we produce RIBA stage C and D designs and where appropriate provide project management and procurement services to drive the scheme through the construction phase. Depending on the project we can then provide the construction expertise to take the project to completion
In essence we provide a coherent end to end process that delivers strategy, design and construction in a manner that adds value to our clients schemes.
