Office Admin Assistant
We are an award-winning luxury treehouse design and construction company based in the countryside in Wadhurst, East Sussex. We have a passion for what we do, and pride ourselves in our unique designs and attention to detail on all our projects. We are looking for someone to join our team to assist both the Office and Operations Teams with general administrative duties.
Answer telephone calls and transfer to appropriate staff member.
Assist in responding to email enquiries and processing brochure requests.
Receive and distribute hard copy post and invoices.
Meet and greet clients and visitors.
Create, modify and proofread documents.
Provide general administrative assistance to include but not limited to: scanning, archiving, photocopying, emailing, mailing, and filing.
Order all stationery and office supplies.
Receive and send courier packages and post.
Responsible for all travel arrangements for Directors.
Assist Operations team with administrative duties as and when required.
Other duties as assigned.
Key Skills / Requirements
Confident and professional telephone manner with experience of dealing with a wide variety of enquiries.
Previous experience working within a busy administrative role.
Good understanding of Microsoft Office.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
Salary: £18,000 – £20,000 FTE
