Commissioned by a client seeking a unique blend of functionality and style, the Boat House was designed as both a sleek entertaining space and secure storage for boating equipment. Nestled harmoniously into the natural landscape, the building balances discreet elegance with contemporary design.
The Boat House features adjustable timber wall panels that allow the space to transform from a cosy, enclosed interior into a bright, open-plan area for dining and entertaining. The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living areas create a sense of spaciousness, while a log burner and large feature window provide warmth and panoramic views of the lake.
